Position
As a Working Student (m/f/d) within the Operations Team, you will support the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of internal processes across the organization. You will work closely with colleagues from different departments, helping to coordinate operational activities, structure information, and ensure that processes are transparent, efficient, and well-documented.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process management, business analysis, stakeholder coordination, and organizational operations within an international and dynamic environment. You will contribute to projects that improve the way the organization works, while developing practical skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, data management, and project coordination.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. They enjoy bringing structure to complex topics, communicating with different stakeholders, and creating clear documentation that helps teams work more effectively.
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Support Process planning and implementation:
Assist in planning, coordination, and monitoring of processes managed by the Operations Team.
Support maintaining of project documentation, status reports, and schedules.
Create process maps, flowcharts, and visual guidelines that make processes understandable to users.
Track action items and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
2. Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Communication
Assist in collecting, structuring, and documenting business and technical requirements.
Support communication with internal and external stakeholders to clarify needs and expectations.
3. Data Management
Assist in cleaning, verifying, and structuring organisational data.
Document data-related processes and contribute to internal compliance checklists.
Maintain knowledge bases, FAQs, and internal documentation libraries.
4. Administrative & Ad-Hoc Tasks
Support the department with administrative tasks related to processes managed by the Operations Team.
Carry out other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Must remain enrolled as a student for at least 1-2 additional years.
Availability to work 20 hours per week during the semester.
Strong interest in operations, process management, business analysis, and organisational effectiveness.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Eligibility to work in Germany.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Ability to collect, document, and organise information in a clear and systematic manner.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Comfortable participating in meetings, documenting discussions, and following up on action items.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
Experience with process mapping, workflow visualisation, or diagramming tools is an advantage.
Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies is a plus.
Experience with data management, documentation, or knowledge management tools is considered an asset.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team.
Participate in workshops, meetings, and feedback sessions, taking notes and preparing summaries.
