About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Working Student (m/f/d) to support our Business Development and Fundraising activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is flexible, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team driving strategic growth and partnerships.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing internal and external events
- Support administrative tasks such as booking meeting rooms and coordinating meetings
- Help with budget reviews and compiling financial overviews
- Review and support the preparation of agreements and contracts
- Conduct research and basic data analysis to support Business Development and Fundraising initiatives
- Create presentations and other content for internal and external stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme, with an expected graduation date no earlier than the end of 2026, ideally in European Studies, Innovation Management, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Eligible to work as a student in Germany.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive and independent working style
- Experience in event planning and administrative coordination
- Good research and analytical skills
- Ability to review documents with attention to detail
- Proficiency in creating presentations and written content (e.g., PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
