About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrator - Organisation and Payroll (m/f/d) to support a wide range of HR operational and administrative activities. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes, accurate personnel data management, and a positive experience for employees throughout their journey with us.

Location: Berlin, Germany (Hybrid/On-site)

Key Responsibilities:
Personnel Administration & HR Operations
- Organise and maintain up-to-date personnel records
- Prepare employment-related letters, certificates, etc
- Update and maintain internal HR databases, tools and documentation
- Assist in the preparation and filing of various HR documents
Payroll & Benefits
- Support monthly payroll administration in collaboration with external providers and liaise with the Finance team.
- Administer employee benefits and leave requests
- Prepare HR Related reports for other business units upon request
- Serve as a point of contact for payroll administration-related questions and queries
Employee Support
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related operational queries
- Provide efficient and solution-oriented support to employees
Events & Travel Administration
- Coordinate travel arrangements for new hires as needed
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal events and activities
HR Processes & Projects
- Provide administrative support for key HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management and others
- Contribute to the smooth running of HR projects and initiatives
- Provide support for market research within the framework of internal procurement processes
Skills & Competencies:
- Solid understanding of HR processes, regulations, and best practices
- Experience using HRIS tools
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in sensitive data handling
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive personnel information
- Clear and professional communication style, both written and verbal
Requirements:
- Vocational Training or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in HR administration, payroll support, or a similar operational HR role. Experience in a fast-paced, international environment is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) is required.
