Position
As a Working Student (m/f/d) for the Girls Go STEM initiative, you will support the successful implementation of programmes that inspire young women to explore STEM fields. You will work closely with the team on a variety of operational and coordination tasks, contributing to the delivery of courses, events, and community engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of Girls Go STEM courses and workshops
Assist in organising and coordinating events, including logistics and participant communication
Support the coordination and engagement of ambassadors
Help manage and facilitate student challenge activities
Contribute to tracking progress, data collection, and reporting
Provide general project support across the team to ensure smooth implementation
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in Education, Social Sciences, STEM, or related fields)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Interest in education, diversity & inclusion, and STEM topics
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and proactive manner
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Level of Study: Candidates should be Bachelor’s or Master’s students with at least 1-2 full years remaining in their studies.
